I would prefer to start with the software authorized from day one, but a 10 days trial should be enough to test drive it, knowing Plugin Boutique will sort out the issue for sure in a few days...

Still no email re: Ozone Elements. I've contacted PB, but since it's the weekend I don't expect to hear anything. I'd just hoped to get it sorted so I could test drive Ozone Elements while I have a couple days off. But I'm sure, knowing PB, they'll sort it out Monday. I've always had ace customer service from these chaps.

I did my purchase and got mine yesterday. It was one of those $1 deals (so like 0.72 pounds) which I paid for in virtual currency, so I can verify that works.

I bought a 1£ deal with virtual credit, so I can confirm those deals qualify for the Ozone Elements promo.

By the way, the PB email says

Sincere apologies if this email was not sent when advertised, we are working to fix a technical issue.

and I can fully understand what they say, it's not uncommon to see a slowdown or issues when there are deals as big as this.

I really appreciate how fast they are taking care of the issue, they are working on Saturday evening... By the way, it would have been fine for me to wait untill Monday or even Thursday (I mean: being a programmer myself, I can sympathize with those working on Saturday evening/night because of this issue), my opinion about the PB customer service would have been great nonetheless.

I bought Twist with my 1 pound deal but it has so many install issues that I have uninstalled it - bad machine bindings, no longer recognises serial, show as activated in ilok but not in Reaper. That's a couple of times Sonivox products have not worked for me so they are on my "never buy them again" list

My experience with Sonivox and Air... Sometimes they are programmed... Lets call it... Sloppy... Often they forgot to start Pace... So in windows it often helps for me to fist start pace via Services manually, then start up the daw and then the plugin. Maybe this helps and you have a little bit of fun for one buck...

Thats why I would rather spend the dollar at an 18+ site for an one month "premium" membership than for a sonivox synth... At the 18+ site you have more fun, more inspiration and less problems with authorization and crashed daws
