Sure, but Z2 can "do" all of these :)
Yes, and probably to more pleasing effect than the Vanguard...

Btw. How MSEGs are affecting to cpu hunger? If there would've been 20 MSEGs with 100 bp each. Will Zebra even load?

cpu hunger and memory consumption are neglectable (ever since the MSEG bug is fixed)

The major concern is gui space and usability...

I see. Gui space is needed for sure. Sometimes when moving points freely I'm wishing there would've been a bit bigger screen and deeper zoom.

Is it possible to have a stereo spread unison (don't kill me! like in absynth) as an insert effect or within the osc's detune. A switch maybe?

???

The oscillators do stereo spread unison all by themselves...

Note: The whole signal path in Zebra is stereo...

Or do you mean something completely different?

Hm.. I'm not sure how to explain. Albino also has this. Nevermind! Shitty request :)

It's not a bad request chaoticz, it's just that Zebra2 has this already ( and much better implemented than Albino )

You need to explore the oscillator module more...

Best wishes,

Like increasing the maximum number of voices per oscillator from 4 to, say, 16?

What will happen if I enter some punctuation marks like qestion to a patch name? I mean technically. Because I just did it. Luckily it was quite nice patch with a lot of stuff which I probably won't recreate. So you can only imagine how happy I am. Yes I'm so stupid that I entered a question mark to the end of the name and by clicking save I saw the name appearing on that info display with question mark so I thought it is saved. Maybe an error page or some kind of warning would be a good idea.

You could enter a question mark in Zebra 2.2 (final)? In a preset name?

Illegal characters should all be replaced by underscores in 2.2 - not?

I think what chaoticz means makes sense. I maybe wrong but detuning and unison is not really the same thing? You can see an example in the free synth "Synth 1" where you can detune a saw, (and it detunes a couple of saws i dont know exacly), plus you can have a unison effect (which detunes it even more, i dunno how it works though). So if zebra could have a unison feature, plus 4 x Quad saws...PHEW, can you imagine the phateness on it? The computer would explode :)

I've recently started coding a supersaw oscillator that made up to 11 saws at little expense. Thing is, there's not much difference after 9-11 saws. I'm not sure if that supersaw oscillator will enter Zebra, or if I'd rather add 8x or 12x oscillator modes in the normal oscs.

Unison modes are usually a quick way to create fatness, but I have deliberately left this away in Zebra2. People had used it all over the place in Zebra V1, and all I got were complaints about the cpu usage. Instead, clever programming can sound equally phat, at way lower cost.

yes it is possible,
I just tried it,
I can enter any character,
and it seems the patch is saved,
the name shows up in the patchbar in the upper middle,
but.... it is not saved and can't be recalled :(
seems a little bug.
sound is vibration, vibration is life

Right... question marks weren't on my index... I only had

\"'*/

The ? is added now. Any more that I shouldn't allow for?
