I saw this coming, after all, companies with long term plans do not have fire sales, and then start giving their products away.Dj Troy wrote:what a fantastic thread best read i have had in a long while...

Well it maybe looks like they've made their money & run. I've emailed them & pm'd Jay numerous times about this supposedly easy fix.Photo_G wrote:Has anyone heard from Crysonic on the fix(s) yet?

This is a terrible way to run a business, & treat your customers. If they don't actually come up with an update for this very soon, I'll most definitely be doing my best to inform others of this kind of treatment if I ever hear of or see another crysonic deal.
what's a real pity too is that aside from the GUI problem these plugins sound really good.
A small part of me is still hopeful that crysonic will amend this problem & that it'll be me having to make an apology to them for doubting them. I'll not hold my breath though.

Um!! Let me think about that,no thanks!!!Mister Gibson wrote:You can have mine.Resonator63 wrote:I was so nearly tempted by the audiomidi no brainer.

Being serious though,I feel sorry for all the people that have been messed around by Crysonic.I have decided not to deal with them, mostly based on stuff I read on this forum.
At the other end of the spectrum there are the likes of Camel Audio,Audio Damage and many others whose customer service is exemplary.

i've bought some Crysonic... new & "used"
it takes an average of 4-5 emails and a couple of weeks to get a response from them
it's frustrating as other devs do it after 1 day - 1 email
i'm fortunate as i've made a good living out of music but they really need to get their act together and are currently holding money from me and have not given me 1. their plugin 2. a refund 3. or even a reply or acknowledgement of receipt of my money...
i think maybe the dev needs a partner who's a charm and his/her favourite pastime is answering emails, then this would turn around

So i write them accepting their apology... receive me free gift, but they continue to ignore my plugin issue question! Not even a small friendly we cannot help you... nothing. Sorry Crysonic, you have lost me as well.

One needs only look at "Crysonic Jay's" first post to get all the answers. Doesn't take a Sherlock Holmes.Crysonic Jay wrote:Hello Everyone,

5 days & 3 emails later...
... no response
sent to both info & support emails
and checking my emails i see that the last 2 b4 this batch went unanswered...(",)... those were asking 4 a Mac OSX update (as promised) to a plug i'd bought the PC version of as the OSX version was coming in "weeks"
as it turned out it was a "major" meaning paid upgrade
but a normal company would have at least answered these emails. and now i'm here because of their no-replying and everybody is talking about a fresh start! where is it? doesn't it start with replying to support emails? i'd think so
i have yet to ask for a free plug-in. i'm doubtful i will
