Back in 2015 I bought Heartbeat and Transient Shaper from SXpro during the BF sales week. There was a period of complete silence and I only got my licence after three days. By then I was actually beginning to think I got scammed by Sxpro. Let's give it a few more days I'm sure its coming.

If they are in the US, they may have mostly shut down for the weekend. Or they could be overwhelmed. Anyway, first day back at work today, so it should start happening.

re:MF, on chat my person was reading some script text that didn't make any sense and so I pushed her on it and she rounded up a supervisor who said that the licenses would likely take 2 to 3 business days.

How much truth or actual knowledge was there with that, I don't know, but, I wouldn't be surprised if it actually takes that long.

This was kind of why I was waiting on it. This is a busy time of the year and I don't know how they come up with the license numbers but if it has to fit some kind of protocol, i.e. with iLok, it may take a few days to go through them. Same with any NI type plugins. I've seen companies run out of those and have to wait on NI to create/register more.

I can be patient.

I am disappointed as I was hoping to use the deal at MF to get a nice upgrade on the full package. Guess I will have to wait another month or till their next big sale on upgrades.

Same thing happened to me with Goodhertz. There was a glitch during checkout and got a massive friggin discount on stuff. Ended up being like 50% off for 2 plugins.

I noticed Total Studio 2 Max has a few upgrades for Black Friday, an Upgrade for $125 and a Maxgrade for $250. I assume it depends on what you already own (I'm away from my PC now so I don't know for sure). If I bought the Upgrade and didn't qualify for that version, would the serial number work anyway, or should I wait until I confirm what I have before picking the upgrade?

Upgrade is for Total Studio 1 owners

Max grade is for owners of at least one of the three max collections (tracks, amplitube, or sampletank)

Exactly. Reference my earlier post about it. Just grab the upgrade to TSMax2 as soon as you can and then you own everything. No more buying single products from them and losing money.
