Bought Reason 10 yesterday from a retailer and registered this morning before the now artificial Cyber Monday deadline. No Europa Vst in my account, although drum sequencer I did get. Anyone with insight? I’ve chased Propellerhead many hours ago but I can imagine they are busy...

Nope, I'm in US. I'm going to call and give them a little Hell about it. Especially since it took them six days to figure it out and now most BF sales are over.

I don't care whose error it was. My conversation is going to be focused on the fact that I missed a multitude of other sales as it took them six days to respond (similar to sqigls). In that time I received ___ E-mails from them about their hourly deals and junk too so it being a break is not an excuse! Ha!

So far, haven't heard either way. My Paypal did get charged last week. Keeping my fingers crossed....

Edit: Just got a call. It was priced in error and they are cancelling my sale. Oh well.

Honestly, it saved me $19. I was using the demo license while I waited and just couldn't fall in love with it (possibly just didn't try it on the right material).

I also just purchased the upgrade from a vendor. I had an e-mail from Jason for Propellerhead in response to the workings of the both the drum synth and the Europa VST. He stated the drum synth had to be within the time frame of the black/friday sale. The Europa VST offer was good til the end of the year. I also don't have the VST in my account yet, but I am sure the system will eventually place it in my account. If not, I am sure they will take care of it in good time.

Right !?! I still haven't heard either, expecting a cancellation. I don't really care TBH. I only bought it to bank it for a future discount on Vol 2.

I bet that many people who were buying this didn't really care about the product, per se, and were buying it for similar reasons. They should have just swallowed the bitter pill and delivered the licenses. Pricing error or not, future deals will be compared to this one. "Remember that time", "yeah that was a pricing error", "yeah, too bad I didn't get that deal."

That's just human nature. Had they delivered the licenses people would have been stoked to upgrade to vol2 gloating over their win and extolling how great Softube was for honoring the error, and Softube would be selling a boatload of vol2 licenses to people who were on the fence in the first place but now willing to get in because of their good luck.

Now people will feel bitterness towards Softube and, bonus (not), since people demod the product and were left unimpressed are less likely to buy other Softube products. Error or not, this leaves an imprint in people's minds that their modeled console isn't even worth $19.
