27 if that means the the track won't get longer as i scrub when zoomed in

i didn't see the option to get rid of the vst scan. i'd like the ability to just tell tracktion what to install like there is with muzys. it takes a loooooooong time to scan hundreds of plugs. i usually scan while i'm at work or sleeping.

i also wish that on crash, it wouldn't ever default to scan for plugs on start up. i always forget about that
