I don't know if it's related, but while browsing the new FLARE soundbank (great sounds in there!), when changing preset by clicking on the preset names sometimes the chosen preset enters with volume boosted a lot, then it comes down by itself. I cannot say if 2.3 did the same, honestly...
Also, shouldn't arrow keys work for browsing next/prev preset?
They don't seem to work (in REAPER)

Found it! The ModMatrix was corrupting the ArpMd2 modulator... arrrgh. Actually... it might also be resposible for the "ducking effect" that some have experienced. Maybe the ModMatrix was just routing the wrong enevlopes to certain destinations... hmmm... must evaluate...

create a new project
select zebra in first (or any) instrument
open the Zebra UI
close the Zebra UI.. ERROR!
It still plays but no UI visible anymore

Now that 2.5 is nearing release, I thought I'd check:
Does anyone have any interest in a clean (maybe Ableton Live, XT 2-like) skin? I've been teaching some people Illustrator recently, despite not having used it in age, and I'm beginning to get an itch to jump back into doing some design. No promises, mind, my life has been pretty crazy and complicated in the past few months. Nevertheless, I'd be interested to know who would be interested in that.

YES. I'm in Ableton all the time and would love a light colored clean skin. I use the "Frost" skin for live - so I can see better on stage - and when I open Zebra my eyes always take a second to adjust.

Not necessarly a 100% abletonesque GUI, of course, but somethig in the spirit of Ext2 / Live, plain, minimal, classy, sober.
