Sure. Or you can probably just have it.Uncle E wrote: Fri Mar 01, 2019 11:26 pmWould you be interested in trading the Zebra pack for some sample packs?dzilizzi wrote: Fri Mar 01, 2019 9:29 pm Well, track spark was totally useless this month. Option for one of two preset packs, one for Uhe Hive and one for Zebra. I don't have either. I will probably never have either. (nothing bad about Uhe's products, just not my thing)

I cancelled mine. I don't really care for homemade loops. I've got more stuff than I'll ever use when it comes to "free" stuff. I'm pretty sure it's hard on their end to find freebies. Sometimes the value can be in their discount codes they send in the middle of the month.dzilizzi wrote: Fri Mar 01, 2019 9:29 pm Well, track spark was totally useless this month. The loops may be usable. Truthfully, not sure how much I really get from this. A few times it has been good. And I guess if you have Hive and Zebra, it is a good month....

Hoping they do the same with the G version.
No one has posted it to the bargain thread yet though. So many will be unaware.

I see that you can get Ozone Advanced 8 + Neutron Advanced 8 for $350 total (even less at JRR) in the ON8 bundle or whatever it's called. If I hadn't just bought the Fabfilter Mastering bundle I'd be all over this one... but there'd be so much overlap it would be a waste of money.

When NI had the U-he sales just a few weeks ago, he had a sale on Diva and Zebra soundsets. 25% off I think.dandezebra wrote: Sat Mar 02, 2019 1:43 am Anyone know how often the magnificent Luftrum does sales? I want that Synthwave Diva bank!
So there probably won't be another sale for months to come.

I don't know if it's "crazy good", but that low of a price for something with an MSRP of $800 or whatever seems pretty good to me! But if you already have many of the tools and/or aren't ready to climb aboard the Ozone train (it pushes you to be exclusive, though you can use the parts independently i think - but they work best together), then go for it. There's nothing bad about it, and I think the sum of its parts are stronger as a whole than in pieces. I'd say "do your homework" to see if it's what you really want/need first - if it's close enough, I'd still jump on it.JerGoertz wrote: Sun Mar 03, 2019 5:30 pmIs that an exceptionally good deal? One of the benefits of Advanced is that you can use the parts as individual plugins. But you can just turn off the parts you're not using, so I'm not sure how much CPU that actually saves.vitocorleone123 wrote: Sun Mar 03, 2019 7:26 pmI don't know if it's "crazy good", but that low of a price for something with an MSRP of $800 or whatever seems pretty good to me! Surprised that no-one mentioned this offer:

I demoed them for a bit over a variety of material, and it really depends on the nature of the material.Ou_Tis wrote: Fri Mar 01, 2019 8:50 pm Considering Outlaw Gain Rider $8 introductory sale---but if I get MAutovolume, it will just be a waste of money... but if Outlaw is good enough, I'll save money by not having to get MAutovolume... how do they compare? Only review I found (not counting Plugin Boutique's user reviews 0.20 pound / review) said it's good but cpu intensive... but sale lasts until March 18th so I should have a few weeks to demo them both.
Outlaw's CPU is pretty low on my end. It's variable with the RMS but perfectly reasonable to me. Might be a graphics issue? Anyway, really quick and easy workflow, GUI is clear and concise, it performs very well on a variety of material. It failed on an extreme test case. This was a zero-attack synth with long silent gaps where it could not drop the gain fast enough even at "instant". Outlaw is strictly a zero-latency plugin. Easily remedied by combining it with a compressor.
MAutoVolume has the advantage of configurable lookahead (incurring latency), which helped with that extreme case. It also has a noise reduction algorithm. So there are these extras which justify a higher pricepoint. But in many cases did not perform at the fundamental task as well as Outlaw. So right now can't beat the price/performance ratio. Try them out yourself.

If you already own any advance iZotope products, then you can get a better deal with Music Production Suite 2 at $299 which includes both Advanced products among other things. (If you check out JRRShop, you can get the crossgrade suite for $251.16 with the "group" discount code)JerGoertz wrote: Sun Mar 03, 2019 5:30 pmIs that an exceptionally good deal?
