Doesn't look like they've been sent out yet. They usually come out on Wednesdays or Thursday, but over the last year, they've also come out on a Tuesday or Friday. In January it was sent out on a Wednesday and last month it was on a Thursday. Recently, Dirk Ulrich has made a post in the Facebook group page when they are being sent out and there's no posts on the topic from him yet.

They give out monthly vouchers if you spend a certain amount.

"A- If you spent $50 - 299 in the last 12 months with us, we will be sending you a $25 voucher for the next 12 months, every month (Total Voucher Value of $300).

B- If you spent $300 - $599 with us in the last 12 months, we will be sending you a $50 voucher for the next 12 month (Total Voucher Value of $600).

C- If you spent $600 or more with us in the last 12 months, we will be sending you a $75 voucher for the next 12 months (Total Voucher Value of $900).

Each Plugin Alliance user account will only be able to use one voucher of a kind per month.

You need to receive our newsletter emails to receive your vouchers."

That was from May 2018. Personally I reached exactly $300 last month so I'm hoping that still qualifies for $50 tier.

That statement from May is sightly misleading, but the values are still the same (I don't think there was any malicious intent though). If you've spent $300 over the last 12 months net (not including VAT/taxes), you should get a $50 voucher. The above statement is correct in so far if you spend in a single month those values, that over the next 12 months , you will get that amount of vouchers (with an update in December that they will not be handing out vouchers for December).

Most individuals purchase plugins throughout the year, so it's actually a running total over the last 12 months and not a single amount of spend over a single month. In my case for the last year, I've gone from getting the $75 vouchers, to $50, to $25, to $50, and back to $75. (I'm at around ~$700 spend over the last 8-9 months).
