Why can the LFOs be synced to the host tempo but do not synchronize to it's start.

anyone else missing Abyss from their Tracktion account?

it's just gone from mine and there is no way to contact support.

I just noticed that the same happened to my Abyss and also to my Bio Tek 2 in my Tracktion account! I have started a ticket to their support.
If it were easy, anybody could do it!

Same here - but it shows up just fine in the Tracktion Download manager.

The fact that Abyss shows up in Download Manager doesn't necessarily mean that it can be authorised – which I experienced.

However :wink:, as mentioned above, I started a ticket with Tracktion support.

Just hours later, I got a response from Brian who had 1) updated my account so that authorising now works fine and 2) arranged for a refund for my second Bio Tek 2, that I had repurchased before getting to grips with what had happened with my account.

So, Tracktion Support dept. works, and kudos to Brian for fast corrective action! :hug:

I never go into my account, except when I make a purchase. Then I fire up the download manager and the new product shows up there immediately. As long as it is there it should be fine.

Sadly, this is incorrect.

If Tracktion lose track of it in their database, it can show up in the download manager but cannot be authorised. This happened to me last week on Abyss, which I had owned for 3 years but suddenly became unauthorised and impossible to authorise until Tracktion restored it to the Downloads database of my account. There was no explanation as to how it became removed from the database after 3 years of use.
