Hmmmm. No gots! I've got the first two kits, the oddgrooves and the deluxe piano. I also redeemed the serial for the jazz kit, but that's it. Just checked both Esoundz and Downloadablesoundz about a minute ago. Nothing there.

Are they being rolled out? Anyone else have this issue?

I would just love to play with them tonight. Perhaps the Squids has the power to put them in my downloads area?That would be cool, since I am still going to be up and working for the next 6 hours at least.

Berfab - I do see them all. have you tried the jazz kit? If so, are you getting the .tga issue with it? I downloded the latest .nkx zip and still have the issue. I have to admit this thread is getting the best of me and I usually love reading through this stuff!

Squids did mention they are being rolled out. You may want to clear your cache, just in case your browser is loading up an old version of the page.

Every time I pay with PayPal, Allen talks about having to build my downloads area separately, so I suspect that these new drum kits will not show up automatically for PayPal users until Allen does his thing.

Done... Still no kits yet...

The IP installer from sonic reality is merely an updated one for those who already had IP but did not have the latest version needed for these kits. I'd still use the one you redeemed from downloadablesoundz.com as I know that one works for what you're doing.

If the OWD installer you're talking about is OWD_kit_1 .zip and OWD_kit_2 .zip then they are just updates for the kits to fix a few problems that were in the first version of those kits downloaded. If you mean a diff OWD installer you wont need that at all.

i love the new speedy server. all downloaded and installed! The irony is I dont have time to muck with my dtxtreme right now so wont be able to use the new sounds just yet (if anyone is using this with a dtxtreme, I'd love to hear how you set it all up - I am still new to edrums!)

Michael... you definitely don't need the OWD installer. I encouraged them to get rid of that PDF file from DownloadableSoundz.com download areas, but I guess it is still there.

You don't need OWD installer. Just Infinite Player.

A couple things:

Thanks for the new kits. A couple things I noticed.

The Roll 2 on the snare in Kit5 is long and does not stop if I do a center snare hit in the middle of it. In other words you hear both the roll going and the center hit at the same time. The center hit should mute the roll. The other kits are ok (tried 1,2,5,8 so far)

After installing the new kits the skins are gone again

The snare center hit on kit5 sounds kind of like a drag/buzz, not sure if it's intentional. I kinda like it but I'm not sure if its meant to be this way (loose snares?) or if the drum was hit like a drag/buzz roll for the center hit.

Same issue with the dates from my previous post. Date modified has a 1737 year for date modified. Not sure it affects anything.

actually the center hit for the kit 5 snare really does sound like a buzz/drag.

FYI, MY OWD skins are all fine after installing all of the kits. (I had previously downloaded the 30+ meg nkx file.

However, the DM2 Jazz Kit is asking for DrumMasters_GUI_Jazz-S.tga
