I really do not want to do this, but I have to leave my first negative feedback...

I bought Ableton Session Drums from kabuto on 08/05/2009.

His ad text = "Ableton Live Suite 8 $300. download version but session drums is a dvd pack. $50 for Session drums."

AFTER we discussed payment and I paypal'd him the $50, he told me I would have to pay an additional $20 for shipping...

I was a bit miffed, but paid for it anyways.

I then waited and waited and finally asked for tracking info on 08/30/2009.

He said that he would get the info and I have since emailed him three times with no response...

I warned him that I needed a response or I would be forced to leave negative feedback and file a complaint with Paypal.

Now - There is a good chance that one of many things may have happened, he may have shipped the thing and is just a very bad communicator, or something major may have happened in his life, etc... - but I'm still stuck in the mean time with no communication. The DVD did have to ship from the UK to the USA, and he did have a successful transaction with another person for the download of Ableton Suite.

If something happens to resolve this situation, I will edit this post.

Nielzie was great! I went from sending him paypal to registering the Fabfilter plugins in under an hour.

I've also got to say Fabfilter... that is the way to handle customers and transfers! What a great company!

I am in same situation. I bought Kontakt 3 on 5 august. Two weeks after payment I asked for tracking code. He promised to send it but never did.

Now, I have mailed to hime several times via KVR and his private address but never got answer from him. So, I start to feel cheated. Exspecially when i now find out that there are others.

I have bought a lot from KVR members and this is a first time that something has gone wrong. Well, I still hope that I will receive the package in the end but in a mean while I do same as previous writer.
