Yes.
Is channel aftertouch going to be added?
Don't know

I have a 2-monitor setup and to be honest with you I don't ever bother using Tracktion stretched across both monitors. I guess I should give it another go, but I didn't feel that it added much functionality since Tracktion was always designed to be a "one-page" sequencer.

What I DO use the second monitor for is my audio editor (Acoustica) or to "lock" VSTs into so that they're out of the way. Those are both things that I was already doing with T1. ;)

Actually I have no proper idea of how to make a VST. I make the hardware types of synths and did so for a living too, although recently I have decided to slow down on this because the market isn't what it was.

But I've been meaning to get more into the Synthedit thang so I should give it a go.

Good suggestions in this topic - I honestly hope they all will be included at some point!

One thing I'd like to add, since we are in fr mood:

- Please make the automation lines couple of pixels wider? They are very thin at the moment, unless you edit them.

When I demo'd T2 and saw that V/P filters still shrink, I resisted the upgrade. This one thing keeps me from mixing in T. I know what you'll say: "if you let that one thing bother you....", but for me it's a deal-breaker. Sometimes my V/P's are TINY, and the mouse bounces between volume and pan, and I have to struggle. It's not conducive to workflow.

C'mon, we all have to admit that we've had, and still have, this problem. Volume and Pan are quite important to a mix, no? Shouldn't they be relegated a bit more importance than other filters?

I did have this rant as well, but now, it's just natural for me to look to the bottom detail screen and adjust the sliders there. I don't really bother too much with the sliders on the filter itself.

I click the vol/pan filter and bang, I'm immediately looking south to the detail window below. I didn't even realize that this bugged me like it used to until I read your post. Call it conditioning or what not, but I'm very used to just ignoring the sliders over on the right side of the screen now.

I do see your point. It would be nice, but I'd actually like it then to default to an even larger size (particularly for pan).

But as I think about this, I still go back to what I actually do, since I like to resize my screen to include all tracks every once in awhile and that makes any filter puny by default.
