hey kritikon: we don't know each other, but please remember that there are others who understand what you are going through and our hearts go out to you...it sounds like the worst may be over and that's a good thing..recovery my take awhile but stay positive..it's sounds like you are taking care of yourself, that's the most important thing you can do right now...also keep those who love you close by for strength if possible...
i just want to remind everyone to tell the people you love how you feel, hold them close when you can, and try not to let the little stuff bring you down...sometimes it's too late, just don't let that happen...

Wow, I was about to pass along my best wishes, when I noticed the date, Sept 11... talk about a sad reminder that life is a fragile thing...
Like Ross said earlier, there is enough craziness going on in the world that we shouldn't have to be reminded of this, but unfortunately we often wait until something happens before we actually tell our loved ones that they are exactly that - loved.
I skipped reading the last couple of pages, so I'm probably repeating a sentiment already stated many times, but Kritikon, I hope your wife (and you) are doing okay. Let us know when she gets home and yells at you again, or gives you the silent treatment - whatever's normal for you lovebirds, so that you know things are back to normal.
Regards,
JD
