Oops, just realized it was a program change causing this. My bad.FoxV wrote:Just wanted to see if people are still having issues with sfz. I've been running into T2 crashing when I try to load files into sfz. It's a real pain.
Though I'm getting awful pops and clicks. I probably need more memory!

The errors I used to get were not the simple "can't load into memory", they were weird errors with hexidecimal descriptors of what went wrong. I might even have a screenshot on hand because I seem to remember asking for customer support once... lessee...
nope, none onhand. Anyhow, it was a crashy buggy error, not just an insufficient memory error. Tracktion would have to shut down. This happened about 25% of the time I would use sfz.

I keep getting random instances of no sound when using multiple instances of sfz in a project. I'd get the (apparently reliable) BS-1 that 'boxed' T2 users have but the non-T2 version GUI is *ugly*

I gave my brother the boxed version of T2, and he doesn't use it, so I might grab its copy of BS-1.
I was getting snaps and crackles from 10mb sf2 files (and smaller). Could really be my shit memory. Also, seems to be caused only when several notes are hit. Maybe there's a simple solution? Ideas?
