You can't go wrong with either Live or SX3 plus Reason. And add Plogue Bidule to the mix. ReWire heaven!

I also vote Live. Project 5 is probably more similar to Reason, which you already have.
Like Reason, Live takes a little getting used to, but when you get into it, its easy and fun to use, yet very powerfull. By all accounts, Live and Reason are a match made in heaven.

It always confuses me when people say Reason and P5 are similar....how? They are extremely different the way I look at it. P5 and Live are extremely similar to me in the workflow, features, and market they are aimed at.

Just another note (unless it's already been made 
) You don't have to go from reason to anything...when you choose another host, rewire will allow you to use reason inside it.
