It's great to know you like it! We'll probably use this "Deep Blue" theme for other plug-ins as well.

A new tutorial for the DPMP in Ableton Live is now available:
http://www.bluecataudio.com/Tutorials/T ... letonLive/

It will hopefuly help you use the Digital Peak Meter pro (DPMP) in this great real-time host.

This is a good opportunity to let you know that anybody sending us a good tutorial ("good" meaning one we accept to publish) about one of our product will be given a free license of his choice for any of our products (bundles excluded).

Here is another step by step tutorial which will teach you how to use any MIDI controllable DXi plug-in in Sony Vegas (Vegas usually does not allow such plug-ins):

http://www.bluecataudio.com/Tutorials/T ... SonyVegas/

It is of course applicable to the Digital Peak Meter Pro which is very powerful in such audio/video application since it lets you use the generated audio envelope for video effects.

Any tutorials for Samplitude?

Post

Not yet, but that's a good idea! There was a free version in a recent Computer Music Magazine issue. I have to check it when I have a few minutes.

(BTW I am about to answer your post in the Dynamics thread...)

(Sorry for the cross-post)
The samplitude tutorial is finally here!

It's a simple tutorial with the Digital Peak Meter Pro Product (DPMP), and it's applicable to the Dynamics product and Widening Meter Pro as well. It explains how how to use the generated envelopes to control another effect on another track.
