And that is my issue as well. To my ears it sounds fine. Not groundbreaking, but fine. Which means it would be a purchase solely to gain the workflow improvements the sequencer would provide. In the meantime I'm building a quick M4L patch that gives me 8 sequence lanes where I can vary the rate and length independently. It's not pretty but it works.
