Yep, refinements rather than additions...

I'm currently in jet lag phase... will make my way through 100s of unanswered emails next week...then prepare MusikMesse... Hall 5.1 Booth A 68

Oh... MFM2... the D-Device...

oooph... tough times coming up...

Another nice little thing that would be nice in a nice kind of way ;):

An extra module in the synthesis grid, called eg "Notes". When notes is active, then you get a little notepad display in one of the racks (probably the right hand rack) containing text.

This means that users could implement notes in their patches about which modulation controllers do what, author info etc and position the notepad rack module at the top of the rack. Or even write in some notes about what they did or what they were intending to do with this patch.

And they people that have no use for notes simply don't put a notes module in the grid. Perhaps you could also have a global "Disable Notes" preference, so people that don't ever want to see notes would leave on.

That list of mine was a bit contrary, I admit! But I'm dead serious: I sincerely hope Urs ignores 90% of the "more this more that" wishes, and refines the current feature-set instead. Stuff like copy/paste/save, non-synced LFOs, improved browser, Zscript documentation, complete manual, gui tweaks, knob scaling tweaks... then Zebra2 will not only be the brilliant product it is, but will also have the "professional" touch it lacks (a bit) at the moment.
Agreed. Perfect what we've already got instead of just tacking on more stuff. If you need more, just add another instance of Zebra and buss the two together into one homogenous sound.
