i used to use a digital mixer via lightpipe as a front end, i was able to lock sync to the mixer w/o wordclock no prob, the sync info is part of the digital signal...whyterabbyt wrote:Its function is to provide Midi Timecode, Wordclock, and SMTPE. I got it solely for the wordclock, because I was considering getting an ADAT box to give me more IO.Sickle wrote:What's it there for if you don't mind my asking?

Haven't had a chance to mess with it, as I just got back home. So you're using one of the 4 send slots under the main window?
I just picked up a vintage Traynor Bass Master and I'm frigging dying to send some GR/Reaktor through it..This amp sounds f**king i n c r e d i b l e . . .

As far as the souncard problem itself, all the issues seem clock-related. I have audio, but any device that relies on midi clock keeps screwing up, sequencers in Reaktor, etc..

Ok, now there's gotta be a real problem here..Chuck just sent me a patchmix file as well and I just got the same frigging error about not having an audiodock or sync card.
I also lied about playback.
No audio at all.
edit: Downloaded the 1820m default patchmix file and audio's back, but still cannot load either of those files..

Haven't had a chance to screw with it. There's a problem with the card(I'm assuming) that's making me bonkers; midi clock is fux0red and I've been so annoyed I haven't f**ked with it at all, and now my work weekend is on me so I won't be able to get much done till Sunday.
Such is life.
Still no clue why I can't load your file, either..
