Actually, in the way of samplers, you might just be right. Choice of samplers for the Mac is pretty limited compared to he PC world.
I've enjoyed VSamp from http://www.vsamp.com/

It's shareware (US$39.00)

I like the variety of sample rates that can be used. The website has a FAQ section.

Definitely Rewire, Propellerhead's Rebirth is super useful.

Why do you want separate buttons?
I assume it's for speeding up a 'solo', right?
(as the mute is already there with 1 click)
So what about Alt+Click on Mute button = Solo.
Yes yes yes! That's just as good, in fact I tried that thinking maybe you had already set it up that way! Thank you!

Dave
Ok, will be there in the next version.

a template to choose one's own COLORS ?

a simple typing-in after clicking on any area.. and "save skin" ..
If you want to change the (colors of a) skin, read this page:

http://www.mutools.com/mulab/docs/skin_sdk.html
i'm not sure, but i think that the plugin delete hasn't been made easy.
What do you exactly mean?

Bonteburg wrote: Besides which, having an integrated sampler is a totally different way of working in my opinion. Neat and tidy, no incompatabilities or performance issues.
I fully agree with Bonteburg here.
I don't think anyone wants MuSynth to be the next Gigasampler.
A simple WTF oscillator behaving like a wave player (possibly two loop points) would be just the ticket.

Here's a good idea -You could set the note range and create simple multiplayers or drumkits by chaining modules in the plug area!
Yep, that will be possible ;)

Ok, so the winners seem to be:
  • Integrated Sampler
  • Rewire
  • Multicore support
  • Loop Composer
Thanks for all feedback until now!

It's good to know how you think & feel about all this!

Great :tu:
Btw. have you looked into the gui problem with Wusik VM yet?

Post

Not yet, but it's on the version 1.1 to do list.

So will be researched asap!

Have been emailing William about this.

Issue has been resolved.

It was indeed a shortcoming on MU.LAB's side.

Fixed in version 1.1 :) (coming soon)

A tool for load a session via a program change.
This should be very useful in live performances where a keyboardist have no time for loading with mouse different session or little variation. A list with 128 slot for link session file and a program change will be perfect for this purpose.

Cheers

To all who voted Loop Composer:

When i've put 'Loop Composer' on the list, i meant a Loop Composer similar like in memoriam muzys.

Hope you thought about the same.

If not, please let me know what you understood.

I've just discovered Mulab yesterday, and woaw, it's a very nice sequencer.
It has all the essential features.
But I wonder : how do you insert empty bars into a composition ?
All sequencers work the "horizontal" way : you can add, delete, insert, move tracks up and down.
But you never can do the same in the vertical way : add, delete, insert, move to the right or the left sections of a composition.
As MULAB seems to be different, can you do something in that direction ?
It will be my request number one.

You can insert a section into a composition by splitting all parts at the insert point, and then move all parts at the right of the insert point to the right :)

This is the 'manual' way.

I've added a note on the whishlist to insert/delete a full section of a composition with 1 command ;)

Yes! I am really impatient to see that one in MULAB.
I  everything about it in CMuzys.
