I could do a demo, how about a bunch of people pay me my time to make one? Shall I give you my paypal details? I would only need around $2000usd to cover my dev time to update the code, and pay for a year of web page downloads and my time answering support questions to do with the demo - any takers?

Unless there is sufficient advanced interest to sustain an actual release there is no point in me making a demo, but thanks for asking anyway.

All the best,

Andrew

Just thought I'd throw that out there, heheh! I realise kvr is what it is, but that doesn't mean I don't have to point it out every now and again for fun - I definitely enjoyed writing that!

Lol, does that mean V filter will remain under its dust covers. :(

vFilter was sweet.

It had insane self oscillating filters that were controllable from a keyboard. The LFO's were capable of audio rate also. basically it was a killer modular synth that you supply the oscillators for. I think there were 20 or so filters in it developed by Andy.

I thought he should have called it 'tool kit' or something as it was capable of pretty much any effect but with no limits (eg. dub echo, flange, phase, mod filter, auto filter, distortion...). the modulation matrix enabled heaps of Aphex Twin style trickery. not random glitches but tweaks of power.

One thing that seemed to make it so fat was the drive units in every stage. So if you got too loud with an effect it just got fatter. Some of the crazy fuzz tones I got from that thing were a world in themselves.

I have been hassling him for ages about vFiler. Keep your eye on cytomic.com and maybe it will appear.
