I'd like to see something step sequencer based with plenty of randomisation potential. Without sounding too snobby, i'd prefer it to not be SE/SM based as they both incur their own problems in Live when step sequencers are involved (SE gives the whole undo parameter # problem, and SM doesnt stay in time properly).
Then again, anything interesting and cool will be welcome regardless of how it was made.

I would like a more "classical" step sequencer in the style of Arp 2600
or Moog Systems. Maybe with optional randomising features.
I am wondering that not such a sequencer is on the market.
I tested "stepper" from tobybear. It is not ad but it could have some more functions.

I think the best plugins are those that really can't be described ahead of time.
xoxos' "Sounds of Nature" simply rocked because nobody but xoxos himself could have thought of it before it existed for the rest of us.
It came from way out of the norm. That's what was so delightful about it - it was a total surprise and very useful at the same time. I've put those crickets and insects in more atmospheric/drone tracks than you can imagine.
A couple years ago, I simply loved 'Lunchbox Battles' because of the same out-of-the-box thinking by the developer.
What I really would like would be the whole of the KVR developer community to write a combined letter to Mackie/Loud and ask to take over Tracktion development as an open source project. That would make my decade.

A small but powerful modular synth with modules you can add or remove
2 oscillators
a multimode filter with env and mod function
2 lfos
2 to 3 env
ring mod
fm
noise
mod matrix
low cpu usage
dual platform
Then have a KVR challenge for presets for it.
Not much to ask for
PS no inbuilt FX
