Howard is right, I am going to report all of you to the Ministry of Silly Talks.

Have you tried Zebra? I would recommend it over either of the synths you mention. The learning curve is a bit steep, but the developer is a genius and a nice guy (even though he stubbornly refuses to make the GUI size a modulation target).

My 2 cents.

in krishna its kind like that..there you can see how a lfo modulates another knob..like how fast it goes up/down etc..

and if you go over this target with the mouse you even see the waveform moving in a little window...since krishna is not that full of parameters there is space for that, its quite funny actualy..

sorry for commercial...

zebra sounds way better compared for sure..

no, no, no....THAT sounds WAY too useful.
What we're talking about here is a way to have the lfo's ...convulse...the size of the actual GUI of the synth
closest so far to that sort of visual seasickness is Jack Dark's under appreciated Neon Black. He used the lfo's as a means of fluctuating the color (but not the SIZE) of the gui.
There is a way to make Neon Black behave "reasonably" but where is the fun in that? :D

lool

sounds funny..sadly couldn't find it..it wasn't released right? just beta or slt..

(just to derail this thread a wee bit further...) Oh, Neon Black was indeed a Novuzeit release, but Jack took leave of the scene around the beginning of 08
here is a bit more detail...
I do still miss that wildman :(

It's been two days now since anyone said anything pointless and silly -- it makes me nervous and I'm afraid I might be going into an uncomfortable withdrawal.

Tacosyn is OK for beefy crunch sounds, but push it too hard and it all falls apart. I still haven't had time to try Aliasynth... anyone?

And now for something completely different:

Burrito-Syn! Only makes those truly analog sounds that made the minimoog so much fun. It' a bit soft though but a real gas none the less....

Ok. This thread is just too silly. But there was this guy in France, Le Pétomane, who performed on stage....

Thanks all for the encouraging nonsense. I'm getting better, I don't want to go on the cart, I feel fine, I think I'll go for a walk, I feel happy.
