I know ..... I said that I wouldn't have time ..... then I got a sudden day off from 'real life'.
So, I've cheated slightly
I trawled through my 'odds and ends box' and come up with three bits which were originally done for the K-M contests a while ago.
In the true spirit of the KVR contest (Your entry(s) must be composed specifically for this contest), which does actually mean 'recorded for', I have re-designed each of these pieces.
I assure you all that I have taken every one to bits and re-mastered those tracks that I haven't re-recorded.
In one I have changed the song lyric entirely and recorded some new parts.
In another I have taken out the song and added a harmonica and other bits.
In the other I have re-made most of the parts from scratch.
In all of them I have gone through every pre-existing track and refined it through effects and filters.
It's been a busy day here.

Finishing Line is a piece about an instrumental race. Acoustic fretless bass, three acoustic guitars, two mandolins, two penny whistles and a tambourine each take their turn to fit in before the end of the minute.

1 Minute Blues is exactly that. Drums, bass, three guitars and harp.

The Dance is a bit of smoothy jazz/blues about the old guy trying to get his way with the gal!
