Well most of us are having an enjoyable chuckle. To keep it this way I'd advise everyone to let the misery just slide.

Opinions are not offensive. They are just opinions. It's the opinions on opinions that make it personal. Just sayin' :)

Not if it's a personal attack. There's no law that says it can't be a personal agreement or civil disagreement but it does make it personal to talk about someones opinion.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT, post a link. If you do you shall be subjected to extreme homicidal violence followed by death and THEN be forced to listen to Jason Derulo and Owl City :hihi:

Now that I have more time.. "extreme homicidal violence followed by death" and especially Jason Derulo is scary but I liked the Owl City tune.

There's ton's of cash in pop. $250K minimum to the artist for a top10 tune. 1 million minimum for a #1. That ain't bad. Did you know a Britney Spears package was worth 120 million dollars? Even a Tom Petty or Lil' Wayne package is worth 50 million?

I like art as much as the next guy but that's a lot of cash.

No matter how that spreads out by the time you get a cut of a top10 US single, there's some money to be made. As long as I'm talking about Britney, as much of a case as she is, she's worth 150 million dollars and I don't think I like "3".

I should note that if you don't break the top10 there's a chance you might not make much if anything, unless it's connected to a package.
