If they have wireless and laptops there must be a cell phone around.
Many Countries bypassed landline phone and went right to cellular.
The bicycle thing would contain a generator that makes electricity when pedaled.
Ind Pro is a nice piece of kit.
I was also very frustrated during the fire sale, but now that it is running I am very glad I bought it.
While nor excusing Yellow Tools, what's the problem you are having?
Maybe we can help.

I found the best way to grab Christian at Yellow Tools's attention was to send him a private message in the forum. I've done this several times and all were answered very quickly.
If you do not have a forum account, or are still waiting, you are best off trying to find someone who is (like myself) here on KVR.

It's really sad that so many people are not getting a respons from Yellowtools support.
I think I was fortunate to have had a response in just over a week.
I filled in the online support form 3 times in English and once in Deutch + I e-mailed info, support and sales @ yellowtools.

it's such a shame, because they're really good libraries.
i can't blame people for the bad blood, though. i certainly count myself as lucky to have not needed support...

I found the motions you have to go through to ven GET at their Independence Free Sampler most confusing when I tried it last autumn. in fact, I gave up on it pretty quickly.

they suck bro .. they are even offering Inde Basic @ 49 euros now, doesn't seem right to me they can't support the existing customer base and then they add to it.

Good Libraries---- Junk Service
I passed on the " FireSale" after NO emails were returned,
No emails to me, no business to you
I'm planning to get Trilian instead.
Too bad the Acoustic Bass is really Good.

It took them about 7 days to get an email back to me, but I have heard a lot of people having success posting on their forums.
You know, it's quite unfortunate that their customer service is not good, because of the thousands of dollars of VSTs I own, including best service, east west, native instruments, and other big names, Independence Pro is quite possibly my favorite of all of them. I never would have thought it either, but It combines the best of playability, realism and useability and other then a few crappy instruments, most are absolutely golden. It's just a shame their customer support is not the same...

I'm currently awaiting a reply from YT support from about 10 days ago. I ran out of authorizations for Indy Pro after doing an OS re-install. Unfortunately their system doesn't remember the computer footprint so if you want to reinstall your OS or add extra partitions etc an authorization gets used up each time . Similar situation as IK Multimedia and Applied Accoustics although at least they reply in a more timely fashion with extra auths.
YT still managed to send me an eamil advertising their latest cut price offers but no show from support.
Regards
Kraznet
