Using a real song?

Ok now i feel dumb. I found the time bar lol. I got that to work but i don't think its gonna work with what i want. I'm working with Lady Gaga-Telephone. And it starts at like 118 bpm, then speeds up to about 121 gradually into the chorus. It speeds up more than that later i'm pretty sure. Is there any way i can stretch/compress the recording to make it fit in human tempos? Its really infuriating. I can have it be early early early until the chorus and then late after, or late from beginning to end.
