Well it's not a problem with Diva then, something's wrong with your audio setup. Could be any number of things. Your crackling might be related to a having a too small buffer size. The output to the sound card might be too hot so that you're clipping your DAC. Might be some kind of driver-related issue. Could be a problem with your speakers or cables or whatever.
