For free the Tyrell from U-He!
For trance many using Synth1 there are tons of presets and some people saying it would be also some of the best Nord Lead emulation.

There is a lot other stuff but not for 30€.

Latte by MaxSynths costs €19, interface inspired by Oberheim SEM.

The free version is also very good, only restricted by less voices, no white noise or sound drop outs

as well as enough other decent stuff to not need to do anything for quite a long while other than learn how to use it all properly...

You might want to give the pg-8x a try. It might fit your bill...

thanks for your tips guys, i will try the various synths and the demos of the paid synths. however I do not like the tyrell a lot, when I compare it to Synapse audio hydra, the Hydra has a cleaner sound than the Tyrell. the Hydra has a very clear sound by the way, but it is very expensive to buy.
