what synths does/can DIVA emulate? and any good compared to.....

so this vst one would be a nice addition to diva i guess? as it should be unique if diva is not really emulating this, did i understand correct?

It comes with a comprehensive preset library but isn't x64 native. There are more unique synths that would better complement something like DIVA. DIVA is the best VA synth to own when you can only have one because it covers so much ground (5 different Synthesizers under the hood). OP-XPro2 is based on a precise parameter matched emulation of an Oberheim OB-X. You can judge for yourself how close they got it.


The upcoming DIVA update is said to contain Oberheim modules which should give it an even higher price / value ratio than it already has.

While it's true that an "Uhbie" filter is on the way for Diva, I'd suggest to demo it first before deciding for/against it or another emulation.

We're going to unveil a public beta (with unfinished graphics) very soon because we need feedback on the new modules before we officially release them.
