Thanks... fixed. Any chance the racks will get a collapse setting that is smaller than the current? Like a single strip... That would be a big help for busses and lot's of tracks.

In reply to that i have these thoughts:The addition of input buttons on the track in addition to monitor, record. mute and solo might might be a useful addition making it easier to select inputs.
* Once you have setup your recorder(s) i think you won't need to reselect inputs all the time and so those input selectors could bloat the UI/distract your creative muses.
* Such audio input selectors would only be relevant for Audio Input modules, not when you're recording from other sources.
* As before, maybe not everyone would want extended track headers. Anyway, maybe in some future version track headers could become more customizable. But to be honnest that's not yet for the next version. I'll soon also work on MUX aspects.
Thanks anyway for the suggestion!
If you got other vital feedback on the new audio recording workflow, please let me know!

I got some nice ideas about the racks, can't say much about it now as it's too early, not yet for the next version. But to answer your question: Yes there is a chanceDHR53 wrote:Any chance the racks will get a collapse setting that is smaller than the current? Like a single strip... This fixes a bug I noticed:mutools wrote:

- Fixed a potential crash bug in the UI system. Not sure if the bug could actually occur in any previous versions, but it certainly was a potential danger. Not anymore
Patches with custom backround picture didn't load the picture if Mulab was closed and reopened even if the path was stored correctly inside the patch...
Just to inform you, now everything loads fine

Mmm, i don't see a relation between that bug fix and what you describe. If you have any more details about the issue you describe, pls let me know. I'll also doublecheck.

What happened:mutools wrote:Mmm, i don't see a relation between that bug fix and what you describe. If you have any more details about the issue you describe, pls let me know. I'll also doublecheck.
I made a Play editor of a new synth with 5.3.2 using a picture as backround, which I saved as png file in the User Library subfolder "Backround"...
As I opened Mulab next day and loaded the synth, there was no backround picture loaded (in the upper left corner there was a symbol like a star)...
I unlocked the front panel, opened the looks dialog and saw, the settings were correct, poiunting to the right file and as I only clicked ok the correct picture was loaded...
As long as I didn't closed MuLab, I could delete the Synth from the rack and reload it without any problems... picture was always loaded correctly...
I just wanted to report the bug, as I saw the new version...
Installed, opened MuLab, loaded the synth and backround picture was correctly loaded from the beginning... no problems at all...
Shut down the computer and tried again after 10 minutes to be sure, there was nothing left from a previous session... everything fine...
Not sure, what you changed, but it definetely corrected this bug I had before...
