Is Samplitude really the only DAW with solo/mute in the drum editor?

Not really, S1 has nothing like this at all as far as i can tell, lanes with Solo/Mute/Edit/Visibility/Record enable

It does. Mute and Solo are right there in the inspector as is visibility and edit and visibility filtering in the list. Same thing as Reaper really, just a different design. What it's missing that Reaper has in it's list is track record but since track selection follows that selection just hit the record key.



Not saying either design is better or worse but I have no issue muting, soloing, filtering from the key editor.

Actually slightly different from Reaper, but honestly prefer it in S1 hahaha, good shout

Just to represent the little league, Podium can do it too. Also can mute individual notes, and hide/rename note lanes, albeit in a separate dialog.
