Well, it turned out for the better! :)

Sorry you still have trouble, WYG_E. :(
You're super welcome, Guenon! :tu:

The formant filter section is unusable here on OSX 64bit, totally destroys sound with heavy distortion... Anybody got the formant filter working with OSX version?

Little progress so far:

The aftertouch mod source seems to be sending velocity instead of aftertouch (32 bit, Win)

What version are you using? Matt fixed the formant filter recently.

https://github.com/mtytel/helm/commit/e ... abd01b6921

dunno if new builds are up for download
I build it myself, all I did was type 'make' ..

Oh, thanks for the tip! I will compile that. Yes, I downloaded the recent from the formal webpage, but it seems to be outdated then.

0.8.6 binaries seem to be up: http://tytel.org/helm/downloads/

This month i'll try to make thematic composition -not shure what gonna happen, but it's interesting idea.Yesterday read this joke in a newspaper ,hope translation not to ruin it :

А conference for people with premature ejaculation.Delayed member asks the girl on the reception :

Ah nice, thanks.

Quick question ...

How would I link e.g. LFO 1 to formant X and LFO 2 to Formant Y ?

In fact ... how do I use the LFO's to control anything? Just not getting that, or just being super thick today (senior moments - hehe).

TIA

:)

It's slightly fiddly, but it should work like this: clicking on the helmet in the corresponding LFO section, you switch into the mod mapping overlay. Then, instead of just clicking on the control you wish to modulate, you need to click and drag the control, to adjust the amount, and then the modulation sticks. Double click on a modulated control to remove the modulation.

Post

Double click on a modulated control to remove the modulation.
Alternatively, just RIGHT click on any modulation target and choose (e.g.) "disconnect from mono_lfo_1"
BTW, this also works on modulation SOURCES, so when you right click on the "LFO helmet", it might show e.g. "disconnect from osc_2_tune"
My Environment: Windows 64bit, Cubase 8.5

Thanks, that's nice :)

I use the mousewheel instead of dragging.

A quick question: the LFOs are free running even when their cycles are tempo synced, is there a way to retrigger/sync them per note (or sync them to song position) ?
