I saw today Julien Temples documentary "The Ecstasy of Wilko Johnson". Very touching story of one of my favourite guitarists and his turning point in the life.
Its reflecting on his impending death following his diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, Johnson muses on the transformative power of mortality. Determined to live out his remaining months playing music, he records an album with Roger Daltrey in a mere eight days and embarks on a series of farewell tours.
He did it right.

2 great documentaries about early disco music and its development into High Energy/Italo Disco etc., in german. Featuring recent (!) appearances by many legends such as Cerrone and Ian Levine.
