Well, not sure what kind of brew you drink, but there’s always session ales, sure. Around here they took the top off and you can make them as strong as you like. The local economy thrives on brewers. Cheers!

Backwoods still moonshine. Sometimes automotive radiator based distillation if one wishes to get that authentic VST sound.

Coffee n the early morning sessions. Water for orchestral pieces. Vodka for harder pieces.

And when I see any foam in my beer - purchased at a bar/restaurant, I feel gypped. That foam is taking up precious space that should have been filled to the brim by $7-a-pint ale, man. I want all 16 ounces of drink. But then I'm a redneck originally from Indiana...burp.

Man, I wish I could drink all day...

Dasheesh wrote:You guys started this thread to get me drunk first thing in the morning didn’t you? Weed is illegal here and alcohol is pushed on the public like water. I live in the heart of one of the most alcoholic places on earth right now, and I’m too old to hang out with drug dealers. We drink beer with breakfast and I’m half drunk by mid day a good bit of the time. We have extraordinary beers here. I drink a lot of beer. I love whiskey, it keeps me soulful. A strong red wine. And for special occasions I will occasionally break out the tequila. I love a good tequila.
Oh, you‘re working in Washington DC!

Usually either decaf coffee (freshly ground before brewing) or green tea.

I add a little Spice when I can, but sadly, I never seem to be able to get it in large enough quantities to develop the ability to fold space.

Favourites: builder's tea before 10 at night, stout after. Frequently coffee instead of tea; IPA, bitter, G&T or red wine instead of stout.

A big, ballsy, slow sipping stout is fantastic late at night after the fam has fallen asleep. I think I still have one Bell's 25th Anniversary Stouts left!
