They previously stated MPE support would require a complete rewrite of the voice engine in Zebra2 and would be done in Z3. I don't want to speak for anyone at U-he, but my expectation is that 2.9 therefore does NOT include MPE. Especially since it's also not mentioned in the release notes.

Minor GUI issue, been like this for a while. We only had time to fix important stuff for this update.

MMAP increment reset on songplay didn't make it in, I guess?

Just try it out, should work. Falls under "various other fixes and improvements".

Will it kill the old presets ? Many of us using Zebra and other U-he every day rely heavily on the current/old preset system for projects.

Do you mean if it kills the old system of having a browsable folder structure?
That still exists, the "searching by tags" is an second, alternative method.

So old backup presets first, then upgrade, if old sounds disappear, just reload them right ?
