Sonimus Satson and Britson. I really like their simplicity and getting a whole mix dialled in using them does something very nice. The filters are very smooth as well, great for shaping sounds.

Jeroen Breebart's Red Phatt Pro. I just never found a compressor plugin I like better on drums.

Audio Thing Reels - for me it sounds better than the other lo-fi tape plugins I've tried (DAW Cassette, Wavesfactory Cassette) and it gets there easier than Satin or Reelbus (which are useful for other things).
Vectomelt and Echomelt are up there. They all go pretty far in the lo-fi direction but in a more pleasant way than just adding nostalgic distortion or noise, there's a trippiness.
I haven't tried RC-20 and Goodhertz Wow Control but eventually I'd like to.

Noveltech Character. Super easy to use: just dial in character, target and mode knobs and any sound suddenly comes to life. Easy to overdo though, sometimes a very small bit already does the job.

PA’s DSM is pretty close... with the right curves you can just drop it on and magic happens (not just for masters, there’s a curve for an acoustic guitar that does wonders on my variance)...

Some of these analog emulations are quite in the ballpark of "magic", now that we have years of experience with ITB mixing.
For me, e.g. Elysia Alpha, and Phil's Cascade, or bx Console N and Lindell X, they add something beyond what is obvious by the technical function of the plugin.
And part of the game is, that the creators of the analog originals trusted their experienced ears as much as they used math and engineering. If there were choices, and unexplained effects, they used their ears and emotional perception in a great way. And the hardware rewarded it, as it had so many complex features beyond the obvious. Now slowly, plugin math is keeping up, and includes a lot of that stuff.
