I bet most people complaining about no 32 bit support use very old 32 bit versions of plugins because there's no new 64 bit pirated version (for example: Nexus 2). Too bad for them, my purchased 64 bit Nexus 3 works just fine Yep, even Nexus is 64 bit only now

You just ignored the later part of "program or outsource" for the sake of your argument.

I didnt ignore outsourcing because you didnt say outsourcing. You said

Outsourcing brings money to small innovative developers.

Or alternately it could bring money to less innovative small developers who can just replicate existing work, thus driving the original innovative small developer out of the market.
