I agree with Superfly, I like Ozone better than Final Mix. But I can see final mix being used a lot on individual tracks due to its low cpu usage. However, Ozone will still be used for vocals and mastering.SuperFly76 wrote:I've actually already fiddled with ACUMA Final Mix during the last few days. Seems like a pretty solid mastering plug-in. It seems to be a little more basic than Ozone, but basic isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, Ozone seems to work flawlessly with Traction and I know the program pretty well. When I run Ozone through Soundforge it can cause my USB soundcard to hiccup every once and a while. Traction seems to handle plug-ins a lot better than soundforge6. I will continue to play around with Final Mix. It will be nice to have two mastering plug-ins to choose from.rockstar_not wrote:Superfly,
Something that came for free with your Tracktion: ACUMA Final Mix mastering plugin.
Try it the next time you're ready to ship a Tracktion project.

You might just put the Isotope Ozone on the shelf!! This plugin is worth the cost of Tracktion alone, in my opinion.
