No, but this is emerging as a top priority to get fixed in the near future.

That is very cool!

Modulation with CLAP plugins can be per voice. Previously it was global only with plugins and only per voice with Bitwig's own instruments.

I assume you mean the problem that sometimes the plugin cannot be played via the computer keyboard anymore?
We only recently found the cause for this.
Simple solution: do not hit the Alt key while you are playing notes on your computer keyboard.
Or if you already hit Alt once, then hit it again, and you can play the plugin via your computer keys again.

Crossing fingers Ableton’s already considering implementing it. It could be so fun with M4L.

The per voice modulation in the u-he synths and Bitwig 4.3 (currently beta) is an eye opener! Especially with ACE and Diva it is like having a whole new version of the synth and with unlimited modulation possibilities!

I hope zebra3 is not a clap only plugin.I still use OS 10.14.6 and hope for a normal component.

hmm maybe 50% sale on Uhe products now that Clap is introduced ? :-D

Avid?
Yep, reading the announcement I thought "Well ProTools and Logic are going to be the last DAWs to implement this...". Now it seems probably just Logic, as I can't see Apple leaving the comfort and benefits of just needing to support it's own OS-native audio plugin format anytime soon.

Given the open source nature of this project - could (hypothetically) Apple take some of the better concepts of CLAP and update/extend the AU format to support those things?

Also - are there features or intentions in CLAP to make preset saving/organising/browsing/tagging etc more standard and full featured across platforms, or it is always going to be a combination of what a host implements, and what a plugin implements, and the experiences are going to continue to be widely inconsistent across plugins/hosts?

I'd really love some kind of better and more consistent standard for preset support across all plugins and hosts, rather than what we've had for the last two decades...

No worries. We have planned to make Zebralette CLAP only, but that depends on whether there are appropriate CLAP-as-AUv2 wrappers etc.

Z3 will be AU for sure.

Yeah Alexandre posted this on Reaper forums too back in 2014. But he at least got some responses there. :)

Search for "Clap plugin" and already you get a ton of relevant results.
