Indeed it's hideous and would really benefit from a GUI overhaul... BUT , the synth/sampler engine sounds great and is really powerful !

Surprised Baby Audio's Tekno hasnt been mentioned yet. Seemed like a pretty decent drum synth

Yeah, I like it a lot. It's well suited to sounds with a bit of analog variation. People who want super-crisp phase aligned kicks aren't going to like it, though of course you could pull sounds from Tekno into something like Kick 3 for fine editing.

Any decent drum synth for mac?
