Another possible bug related to Reaper offline rendering? I have Uhbik EQ on the master buss, and when rendering the output is often missing the first 100ms or so. It's not every time. Easily solved by having Reaper render from -1 second or whatever, but that wasn't needed in previous Uhbiks, and I thought it worth mentioning.

Afaik we didn't experience that one yet, would it be possible to send an email to support at u-he dot com and include information about your platform, plug-in format and sample rate etc.? Would be particularly interesting if offline rendering has a different sample rate than live rendering.

We'd love to do more, but so far we're mostly relying on our in-house resources for factory presets for effects, and creating equally as good and as many presets for 10 different effects has proven to be quite the effort. Effects presets are quite different from, say, synth ones, because they highly rely on the input material.

I found out about the release via email, but the pre-sale price period until the release is too short.
I choose not to buy.

We are not able to fix this for now IIRC because bypassing the plug-ins would change latency and then Cubase would stutter. We have to address this another time, and for now the only Bypass is in the plug-in's own editor window.

Understood...but as you know, this one's been around quite a while. Can it be fixed?

Sure, we'll fix it. We just fixed it for all other hosts except this one, but now we need to do a special fix for this case which we'll do in a subsequent update.

It's not really a pre-sale price, it's just going up on release of version 2. It's been the same price for years. You could have purchased at any time and gotten V2 for free.

Replaced the installer in the first post with a new RC2, revision 19684.
We fixed one more niggle in connection with the Clipper in bypass mode.

We also included a pdf explaining possible issues you might encounter when upgrading from version 1, and how to deal with them.
