A technical question: Under Sounds appear layers, sometimes just one often several. With + sign you can add layers, but only with sounds that already are there. That makes little sense. Why can I not choose other sounds for new layers?

And if you click + and choose that new layer then on the right under Sound appears the sound Default, if you then click Load a window appears
Library/Audio/Presets/Tracktion/Collective/Sounds and that final Sounds folder is empty!

After three contacts to support over a week, the sound packs have appeared. I think I would have kicked myself if I had bought them before getting them with the upgrade.

Someone upstream mentioned a discrepancy between the advertised and the actual number of presets in the included sound packs.
After installing Platforms, I found that most of the .collinst files in the "Platforms WMF" directory in Tracktion/Collective/Instruments were empty.
Fortunately I had a backup of the download and was able to copy them directly from the zipped .content file.
This may be a bug in Collective 2 — or my file system is failing, who knows?

To my knowledge the issues about Collective2 are all fixed now. You should find everything in your account, as it should have been from the beginning on. If you still encounter issues, then I would contact the support again, and provide them with a detailed report, so that they have a chance to figure out what still isn't working in the field, different to their developers computers.

That doesn't seem to be the case here, but I don't know what it would look like if things were all fixed for me. I can see a 2.2GB Collective 2 Content that's already been downloaded and installed from the start. Should it have a different file size? Should there be other downloads? Should I see everything online and in the download manager or just in one?

Can someone post what I should be seeing?
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Beta Maxed, Son of a Beta Maxed, and Platforms should be in the Download Manager. If not, use the Zendesk contact on the Tracktion web site. It'll take a week, probably...

Thank you! I definitely don't have those showing for me. Either it's taking a while for accounts to be fixed or they're waiting for people to complain. I'm not too passionate about Collective so I'm going to wait a bit longer to see what happens.

I think you have to complain (contact support), as it appears they're assuming it doesn't effect everyone. So definitely and politely "complain".
