I guess you missed out on 'Choir Boy' then? 'Choir Boy' has been available, including polyphonic midi control of up to 3 voices (i.e. you can play chords from a single voice), for a few months now.

It isn't free though - if that was an additional requirement. But it isn't expensive either.
You're absolutely right: I overlooked that one. Thanks, I will check it out :) And no, it doesn't have to be free. Like I said in the post you quoted, I am willing to pay for tools like these

Did you actually implement (the necessary) formant correction into your plugin?
Last time I checked your website, it was just a "Mickey Mouse Choir" effect actually. :?

But it's a really good price! So I wouldn't bother that much (if I was a user).

Not yet, I'm working on it (but I have only one pair of hands and many more plug-ins). Actually 'Choir Boy' was snapped up quite quickly by a sizeable number of customers. So, it is not a forgone conclusion that formant correction is an essential requirement (especially at this price).

Many people are using this kind of plug-in for very different applications. I called it 'Choir Boy' because it relates to the task it performs and is a name which fits with my other 'Boys'. It is not primarily, or exclusively, intended for pitch shifting vocals. Even, so, the multi-voice possibility makes it very useful for vocal work, even if only to mess around with the voice a bit.

I have got excellent feedback from my customer base on this - and I continue to develop it.

jackle&hyde I am interested in your monophonic pitch shifter.

So. Well.
There are at least two interessents now.
So I'll begin to code that stuff. You know, I like to code at request...

Btw: There is also an interesting thread which fits to this theme:

I'm trying to convince the guys from the DSP section to make a plug in out of the free Dirac time stretching/pitch shift... it's the best I've heard so far. Maybe someone will take on the challenge.

Has neat effects on drums.

Someone on the AudioMulch list pointed me to this thread for AudioPitch, and it's all kinds of awesome! Nice work. I am very interested in a monophonic version.
