(MINI TUTORIAL) setting up a template edit ...

I didn't see whether there was a listed improvement for T3 regarding 'preferences' edit; that is, a non-dangerous way to start Trackiton with inputs routed to certain channels, etc.

Now that I've got a system for using Jamstix with Tracktion that is giving me usable results, I want to start up T with Jamstix loaded in a certain track, with the track right above it loaded with a T return and the Jamstix Audiom8 after the return and then the vol/pan filter dialed down to -infinity for the gain.

That let's me control Jamstix with any track I decide to put a matching send on, and let's jamstix jam with audio or midi and I dial in how much of a particular track contributes to the jam control with the send amount.

I want T to start up pre-loaded like this every time, without worry or hassle about overwriting other projects/edits, etc. Or pick from a list when an edit is created to use a preset set of preferences. I'm still not sure I understand how this is different from template edits, but I don't like the idea of suffering the pain that a poster above had with the use of template edits.

So, does T3 have a way to startup like this for every edit?
