hehe I know I'm going off topic completely too but have you guys found the ReWire system in Tracktion rather slow in comparison to cubase for example ?
Like, I open Reason 3, and there is a relatively long lag when inserting a device and loading samples. I tested it with cubase and it is much much quicker, almost instance in most cases. Any idea if this one is being worked on ?
Apart from that, the only other main bug I noticed was that some colours that should be adjustable aren't available in the colour editor.
I had to redesign the colour scheme in tracktion, the original colour scheme wasn't at all suited to my taste. I think I might post my config in the colours post when it's done.

I have received word back from Mackie and it seems that you were all right ... there is no upgrade path for my version of Tracktion even though there is for the free promo version and the verysion that came with Spike. This is obviously really really unfair which is what I have written back to the Mackie gentlmen who helped me. I requested that it be treated as a customer complaint so I guess i'll just wait and see if anything else is said about it ...
Mackie support is top notch ! which is a refreshing change from most other companies...
