I haven't tested all of them so I don't know. I'm planning to give CachyOS and a few super-small distros a last try. If they are just as broken I'm finally done with Linux.

That's your problem right there. You aren't using standard, common distros. You are using odd-ball "super-small" distros, and probably on old, incompatible hardware. You should give up and go back to MacOS or Windows now. Don't bother with those distros. You'll have problems. I guarantee it.

I have not had any real problems with Mint, and I have run it for a few years now. Are you still on Fedora?

Yep! I really like Fedora. It's been the most problem-free distro I've ever used.
