So, did you get refunded? I got some sort of reaction saying they’ll open the case again with the seller, whatever that means, as they are the seller themselves.

I was refunded for mine within a couple of hours of contacting them. If it helps I went into my Purchases page and clicked Message Seller rather than going through support.
