That's what I have also.
Unless they are not logging the data with the ground carrier, "processing' would mean it hasn't yet been picked up by the ground carrier.

So far, no call,no e-mail, no tracking number.
This will have to change in the next day or two...according to their blog promise.

Agreed - no tracking number = no You Rock Guitar = no joy.

They claim "Fedex Ground" will be used - so a tracking number should become available when this thing actually departs Inspired Instruments in Irvine , CA and heads in my direction.

I expect this to occur on Thursday June, 10, 2010.

I got an email today saying it should be shipping soon, there's a gig bag if I would want to buy one, and an email if I have any questions.

They should hire some email people, you could literally pay them minumum wage to read from scripts, to handle actual conversations.

I just got an email saying they're shipping tomorrow (Tuesday). I confirmed my order number, so hopefully they're not fiddling around trying to call me.

they said they would ship wednesday. If they ship tomorrow then they must have come in today, most likely.

I'm so envious. We in the UK are not so lucky, at a price of £199 ($288 at todays exchange rate) which is a hell of a lot more than the $179 pre-order price I can't help but feel slightly pissed off at Inspired. Yes, I pre-ordered at the start of the year!!

God knows when we are going to get it too!!!!! It's more likely to be into July or August or Beyond.

Anyway, hope you all get it this week and it lives up to our expectations.

Please guy's, I beg of you, help cheer me up a bit and give me some decent YouTube vids and Audio snippits to keep my enthusiasm up.

What will be the first VST you launch when you get it??

Did you use Paypal or a card?
What state do you live in?
When did you order?

Minimum wage email responders are yuu nuts? I work tech support for a living the last thing one would want is someone controlling the message with issues against the company. Pay someone minimum wage and you'll prolly find someone with an axe to grind. Pay someone with secratarial skills a secretary's wages and you'll find they are competent, quick and maintain a professional perspective.

I raised this issue with Kevin 6 weeks ago. (i.e. lack of bulk mail communications to all YRG Pre-sale customers)

It seems the entire YRG pre-purchase list resides in one location only - Kevin Kent's email Inbox.
